Probate and Administration
The Wincham Executor & Trustee Company Limited basic fee for acting as Co-Executor in obtaining Probate and assisting in administering an estate, is 1.25% of the value of the estate
at the date of death, plus any additional professional fees and disbursements. The fees will
be payable at set intervals during the administration process, when estate assets are realised
in the course of administration.

Wincham Executor & Trustee Company Ltd will take the utmost care to prepare your Will based on the information that you have provided. Furthermore we undertake to provide you with an initial draft of your Will to approve. Only then will we release the master copies to you to have signed and witnessed. It is then your responsibility to keep your Will up to date. Wincham cannot therefore be held responsible for any errors or omissions resulting in unexpected action being taken by individuals on your estate at some later date.
