Will Instruction
The Wincham Executor & Trustee Company Ltd provides a professional Will writing service for existing clients who have invested their Spanish property into a UK Limited Company. We also offer an Executor service to help with Probate and the form filling and bureaucracy involved when an individual dies. Please complete the confidential questionnaire to enable us to prepare your Will to your exact requirements.
This questionnaire has been compiled to cover most requirements. If your requirements are outside of this, we can still provide the service at an additional cost. Please ring Wincham Executor & Trustee Company Limited on 01260 299700 to obtain a free quotation.
The information you provide will constitute our instruction for drawing up your Will. The draft Will is then returned to you for approving before signing and witnessing. You can do this in person at our offices in Spain or the UK (we will provide the witnesses) or we can post the Will to you for signing and witnessing. We recommend the signed Will is then stored in a Will Safe facility. Wincham will provide this service free of charge should you elect to use the
Wincham Executor service.
Terms of Business
We are providing you with a copy of our Terms of Business. Once you have instructed us to act on your behalf we will provide a hard copy which will require your signature and our signature. Please feel free to download the copy of our Terms of Business for you records.

Type of Will
We provide two main types of Will; Individual or Mirror. An individual Will is prepared for a single person, or for spouses/partners who have different terms under their respective Wills. A Mirror Will is two Wills prepared for spouses or partners who wish for identical but reciprocal terms, eg leaving everything to each other.
